Hours of arrival and departure:
Check in Sunday – Thursday: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Check in on Friday: 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Check out Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 a.m.
Check out on Friday: 10 a.m.
Check in on Saturday and Israeli holidays: 2 hours prior to Shabbat.
Check out on Saturday and Israeli holidays: 2:00 p.m.
Cancellation fees:
Regular Season
A guest who canceled his/hers order up until 14 days prior to arrival will not pay a handling
fee.
Guests who shall cancel their order 14-4 days prior to the reserved date will be charged with
30% of the total stay value.
Guests who cancel their order 3 days or less before the reserved date will be charged with
60% of stay value.
If the booking had been made and the guest didn't arrive at the hotel without canceling the
reservation in advance, the guest will be charged with 100% of the total reservation value.
July, August, Jewish Holidays and Special Occasions:
Guests who cancel their reservations from the time of the booking and 30 days prior to the
reserved date, will not pay a handling fee.
Guests who cancel their reservations 30-14 days prior to the reserved date will be charged
with 30% of the total stay value.
In case cancelation occurs 14 days or less prior to the reserved date, the guest will pay 60%
of stay value.
Prepayment:
30 days prior to the reserved date 30% prepayment will be charged by Ein Harod Country
Lodging/or company on its behalf, with the credit card that was provided by the costumer at
the initial order.
The prices are in US Dollars, payment will be calculated upon the day of payment exchange
rates as published by the Bank of Israel.
Please note that we do not allow animals on site.
Use of amplification is strictly forbidden on site.
